We Are a Dedicated Team

Feeling safe is not something we discuss often. ... Yet if you think about it, most of us can say that we feel safe on a fairly regular basis. A Universal Experience. Safe can be defined as free from harm or hurt. So, feeling safe means you do not anticipate either harm or hurt, emotionally or physically.

We are a group of people who have invisible vulnerabilities who have joined together through sharing our stories, calling out stigma and discrimination, and helping others to talk about their own vulnerabilities. We are using our own experiences to change the attitudes and behavior of a nation.

The SafeBeings movement is supported by a team who are passionate about challenging the negative attitudes that impact the lives of those experiencing their own vulnerabilities.
